THE IDEAL ESCAPOLOGY FRANCHISE CANDIDATE
- Passion for and experience in hospitality, tourism or entertainment
- Customer-first orientation
- Experience in franchise ownership, retail, or service operations
- Business management or leadership background
- Growth mindset and interest in multi-unit development
- Hands-on or strategic operator mindset
- Comfortable with hiring and managing teams
- Capacity to secure a lease in high-traffic commercial areas
- Ability to finance one or more locations
Minimum Liquid Capital: $240K+ AND
Investment Capabilities: $1M+ - Can either:
Be a hands-on, owner-operator, OR
Hire a strong GM and operate semi-absentee - Comfortable following brand systems and support structures
- Willing to engage in local marketing and community outreach and ability to invest in a strategic marketing plan
